Unable to upload files
By default and as a security precaution the Wordpress directories and files are only writable by the account owner, i.e. the Plesk or FTP user having logged into the server.
To make the files and directory writable by the Wordpress admin process the permissions must be changed to make the directory or file writable by all users.
This can be done via either the file manager within Plesk or an FTP client.
Unless you are regularly adding content it is not advisable to leave the directory as writable by all users.
